About this Event
The Peace Toolbox
Produced by Jews Against Antisemitism Canada
Fresh off the Abraham Accords, with five Arab countries signing peace with Israel in 2020, it demonstrates the potential to bridge what was once unbridgeable. But more importantly, it illustrates the growing acceptance among former enemies that Israel should be recognized among the nations of the world.
With that in mind, perhaps one answer to battle the growing hatred towards Israel is to take cues from these breakthroughs: the imperative to develop allies of varying backgrounds, with an aim to widen support for Israel.
How can the lessons of newfound peace be used to forge friendships with the non-Jewish world?
Join the diverse panels at The Peace Toolbox to find out. These panels will be moderated by journalist Dave Gordon.
SERIES 1, March 8, 4pm —- The New Middle East, And Its Lessons for Today:
What does the Arab normalization of ties mean for Israel? What outreach methods can we use with those of other faiths, who are agnostic about Zionism?
