About this event
“When there comes the month of Ramadan, the gates of mercy are opened…” Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). [Al Bukhari]
Laughter, love, feasts and altruism is the hallmark of Ramadan.
Each year, Muslims of all ages, around the world, eagerly await the announcement to commence thirty nights and thirty days of self-growth, spiritual purification, contemplation and knowledge. Some of us are blessed to have learnt a tremendous amount about Islam/Ramadan in childhood but for the rest of us, acquiring knowledge is a life-long journey.
“Every coming day should be better than the last, in your ibadah (worshipping Almighty Allah, seeking His Pleasure and Nearness) in your speech, in your deeds, in your conduct, in your character, in your dealing and in every aspect of your behaviour to Allah’s creation. Your obedience to Almighty Allah and love for the Holy Prophet (saw) will keep you advancing in your life.” Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
Join ‘The Spiritual Path to Purity: A Ramadan Series’ every Saturday of Ramadan (2nd April – 30th April) at 2pm [BST] to make every Ramadan better than the last.
