 e support\n\nWe will make manaeesh\, a flat bread spread with baked zaatar
 \, fatoosh\, an herbal salad with orchestral nods to parsley and mint\, an
 d hummus\, the Arabic word for chickpea. We will learn the potent work of 
 these herbs and each participant can go home with a zataar mix to enjoy.\n
