Class Experience

Travel this summer with us through food by recreating popular dishes from some of our favorite Mediterranean countries. We’ll explore the delicious eats of Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, and Israel. Kids will learn full recipes from scratch step-by-step with a chef instructor in our live, hands-on classes. The full menu for each country is located on our website. WEEK 1: Spain (7/5 – 7/9) – Monday: Patatas Bravas, Tuesday: Romesco Sauce w/ Crispy Cauliflower Bites, Wednesday: Tortilla Espanol, Thursday: DIY Pickled Veggies & Pan Con Tomate, Friday: Oven Baked Croquetas
