 erlifting movements in a small group setting.\n\nCome learn how lifting we
 ights can be a trauma-informed practice! In this workshop\, we will learn 
 the basics about connecting with our body-minds in gym settings. Content w
 ill be inclusive and adaptable to different abilities\, though we will emp
 hasize what beginners need to know. We will include a brief demo of powerl
 ifting movements\, in addition to discussion of trauma-informed principles
  in gym settings. People of all genders\, sexual orientations\, body sizes
