 ctober 12th at 8pm for spectacle and solidarity! Uprising is a night of pe
 rformance benefitting the Palestinian circus community\, organized in coll
 aboration with the Palestinian Circus School and Salon Kawakib. Uprising f
 eatures aerial circus performances\, poetry readings\, a display of embroi
 dery\, and a screening of the short documentary film "What Happened In The
  Tent" by Majd Khalifeh and Roel Nollet\, produced by The Redhorse Collect
 ive. Tickets are available for a sliding scale donation\, and all proceeds
  from Uprising will be distributed to the Palestinian circus community in 
 the Gaza and the West Bank. Many thanks to Aloft Circus Arts for generousl
 y donating their beautiful venue. We will never look away: free Palestine!
