DESCRIPTION:About this event\n2 hours\nJoin us to experience how to cook tr
 aditional Lebanese food. Haft of my family is Lebanese and we have been co
 oking these type of food weekly. I would love to share with you healthy an
 d easy ways to eat this delicious food.\n\nWe will learn:\n\nFalafel (air 
 fried and pan fried)\nTabbouleh\nTahini sauce\nThe class will be done at C
 B Health and Wellness Center on June 13th at 6:30pm.CB Health &amp\; Welln
 ess center is located at 305 East 119th street\, NY NY 10035\n\n&nbsp\;\n\
 nThere are 7 tables\, and each table will be cooking all the recipes of th
 e class.\n\nThe teacher will be cooking and showing you all the steps to c
 reate the perfect meal and you will following the same steps.\n\n&nbsp\;\n
 \nOnce we all finish\, we will be tasting our creations and talking about 
 our experience.\n\nIt is suggested that you bring a small container to tak
 e home some of the leftovers... there are always leftovers!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n
 After all the recipes are done everybody will be tasting the recipes they 
 made and talking about their experience\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAn evening to spend 
 with friends and to have a great time after work. Space is limited to up t
 o 7 people.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThere will also be gloves \, alcohol and antibac
 terial soap.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nI promise you will have a great experience and

 t is not necessarily a set diet — it’s more of a lifestyle.\n\nThis is
  because plant-based diets can vary greatly depending on the extent to whi
 ch a person includes animal products in their diet.\n\nNonetheless\, the b
 asic principles of a whole-foods\, plant-based diet are as follows:\n\nEmp
 hasizes whole\, minimally processed foods.\n\nLimits or avoids animal prod
 ucts.\n\nFocuses on plants\, including vegetables\, fruits\, whole grains\
 , legumes\, seeds and nuts\, which should make up the majority of what you
  eat.\n\nExcludes refined foods\, like added sugars\, white flour and proc
 essed oils.\n\nPays special attention to food quality\, with many proponen
 ts of the WFPB diet promoting locally sourced\, organic food whenever poss
 ible.\n\nFortunately\, making dietary and lifestyle changes can facilitate
  weight loss and have a lasting impact on health.\n\nMany studies have sho
 wn that plant-based diets are beneficial for weight loss.\n\nThe high fibe
 r content of the WFPB diet\, along with the exclusion of processed foods\,
  is a winning combination for shedding excess pounds.
