SUMMARY:Vegan Middle Eastern Cooking Class
DESCRIPTION:NEW YORK\, NY\n\n\n\nJoin us to experience how to cook traditio
 nal Lebanese food. Haft of my family is Lebanese and we have been cooking 
 these type of food weekly. I would love to share with you healthy and easy
  ways to eat this delicious food.\n\nWe will learn:\n\n 	Falafel (air frie
 d and pan fried)\n 	Tabbouleh\n 	Tahini sauce\n\nThe class will be done at
  CB Health and Wellness Center on June 13th at 6:30pm.CB Health &amp\; Wel
 lness center is located at 305 East 119th street\, NY NY 10035\n\nThere ar
 e 7 tables\, and each table will be cooking all the recipes of the class.\
 n\nThe teacher will be cooking and showing you all the steps to create the
  perfect meal and you will following the same steps.\n\nOnce we all finish
 \, we will be tasting our creations and talking about our experience.\n\nI
 t is suggested that you bring a small container to take home some of the l
 eftovers... there are always leftovers!\n\nAfter all the recipes are done 
 everybody will be tasting the recipes they made and talking about their ex
 perience\n\nAn evening to spend with friends and to have a great time afte
 r work. Space is limited to up to 7 people.\n\nThere will also be gloves \
 , alcohol and antibacterial soap.\n\nI promise you will have a great exper
 ience and taste a great dish.\n\nSee you soon!\n\nThe WFPB diet is not nec
 essarily a set diet — it’s more of a lifestyle.\n\nThis is because pla
 nt-based diets can vary greatly depending on the extent to which a person 
 includes animal products in their diet.\n\nNonetheless\, the basic princip
 les of a whole-foods\, plant-based diet are as follows:\n\nEmphasizes whol
 e\, minimally processed foods.\n\nLimits or avoids animal products.\n\nFoc
 uses on plants\, including vegetables\, fruits\, whole grains\, legumes\, 
 seeds and nuts\, which should make up the majority of what you eat.\n\nExc
 ludes refined foods\, like added sugars\, white flour and processed oils.\
 n\nPays special attention to food quality\, with many proponents of the WF
 PB diet promoting locally sourced\, organic food whenever possible.\n\nFor
 tunately\, making dietary and lifestyle changes can facilitate weight loss
  and have a lasting impact on health.\n\nMany studies have shown that plan
 t-based diets are beneficial for weight loss.\n\nThe high fiber content of
  the WFPB diet\, along with the exclusion of processed foods\, is a winnin
 g combination for shedding excess pounds.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\
