 erience how to cook traditional Lebanese food. Haft of my family is Lebane
 se and we have been cooking these type of food weekly. I would love to sha
 re with you healthy and easy ways to eat this delicious food.\n\nWe will l
 earn:\n\n 	Falafel (air fried and pan fried)\n 	Tabbouleh\n 	Tahini sauce\
 n\nThe class will be done at CB Health and Wellness Center on June 13th at
  6:30pm.CB Health &amp\; Wellness center is located at 305 East 119th stre
 et\, NY NY 10035\n\nThere are 7 tables\, and each table will be cooking al
 l the recipes of the class.\n\nThe teacher will be cooking and showing you
  all the steps to create the perfect meal and you will following the same 
 steps.\n\nOnce we all finish\, we will be tasting our creations and talkin
 g about our experience.\n\nIt is suggested that you bring a small containe
 r to take home some of the leftovers... there are always leftovers!\n\nAft
 er all the recipes are done everybody will be tasting the recipes they mad
 e and talking about their experience\n\nAn evening to spend with friends a
 nd to have a great time after work. Space is limited to up to 7 people.\n\
 nThere will also be gloves \, alcohol and antibacterial soap.\n\nI promise
  you will have a great experience and taste a great dish.\n\nSee you soon!
 \n\nThe WFPB diet is not necessarily a set diet — it’s more of a lifes
 tyle.\n\nThis is because plant-based diets can vary greatly depending on t
 he extent to which a person includes animal products in their diet.\n\nNon
 etheless\, the basic principles of a whole-foods\, plant-based diet are as
  follows:\n\nEmphasizes whole\, minimally processed foods.\n\nLimits or av
 oids animal products.\n\nFocuses on plants\, including vegetables\, fruits
 \, whole grains\, legumes\, seeds and nuts\, which should make up the majo
 rity of what you eat.\n\nExcludes refined foods\, like added sugars\, whit
 e flour and processed oils.\n\nPays special attention to food quality\, wi
 th many proponents of the WFPB diet promoting locally sourced\, organic fo
 od whenever possible.\n\nFortunately\, making dietary and lifestyle change
 s can facilitate weight loss and have a lasting impact on health.\n\nMany 
 studies have shown that plant-based diets are beneficial for weight loss.\
 n\nThe high fiber content of the WFPB diet\, along with the exclusion of p
 rocessed foods\, is a winning combination for shedding excess pounds.\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
