[ Our Dinner Served series is for anyone, but created with younger (teenish) cooks in mind! One-pot/pan dishes and time to set the table! Tune in, cook along and have dinner on the table by 6:30. (Recipes are geared toward four servings, modify as needed!) Please note that each recipe will require the use of knives and stoves or ovens. ]
For this Dinner Served class, we will use a classic combination of spices to flavor Portobello mushrooms and other vegetables to recreate these Middle Eastern street food favorites.
Topped with tangy yogurt sauce, quick pickled slaw and fresh herbs- you will have a satisfying meal in no time!

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class?This virtual event is specifically designed, as a HANDS-ON class via the Zoom app. Participants will receive recipes in advance so they can shop, prep and cook along with the instructor. We will also include suggested modifications or substitutions, any prep work that needs to be done and equipment needed. You are also always welcome to just sit back and watch!
How can I sign up? Class sign-ups are available online only.
Is my registration/ticket refundable or transferrable?This is a non-refundable, non-transferable ticket. Profits from ticket sales will be donated to a local fund helping workers effected by COVID-19 closures. Classes will be recorded for later viewing, and are available up to 30 days.
