Join Kathryn and Elyse for our introductory virtual cooking class on Palestinian Mezze. Each month we’ll share a selection of our favorite Palestinian sharing plates, so if you join us for all three classes you’ll be set for a Palestinian feast by the end of the season! For tonight’s class, we’re making warm Hummus, as recommended by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi. If you haven’t had hummus freshly made and still warm, then you’re in for a treat. And we’re inspired by Tamimi’s book “Falastin” to show you two ways to finish your Hummus Bowls: topped with pan-seared Eggplants, tossed with nuts and herbs; or with beef or lamb Kofta, deliciously spiced and pan-seared.
Class Fee: $25.00 plus GST (pricing is per device and allows multiple participants to attend using a single device). Your Fee Includes A 1 1/2 to 2-hour virtual class, including a virtual recipe pack with info on equipment needed.
