4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
This class is co-taught by an Arabic speaking chef instructor and an Arabic language teacher. Participants will learn basic vocabulary in Arabic and learn to make speaking in Arabic while making shish barak (meat filled dumplings cooked in a yogurt based sauce – one of the top comfort foods in Arabic cuisine).
A suggested donation of $20 will help us continue to offer these classes, however no donation is too small and all gifts are much appreciated. Complimentary tickets are available for those who are SNAP-eligible, or who cannot afford the fee at this time.
