About this Event

As with so many religious communities, the pandemic has significantly disrupted the way that British Muslims can practice their faith. With the holy month of Ramadan fast approaching, many will again be connecting with their loved ones virtually as we continue to work together to battle against Covid-19.

Following on from the success of our event in 2020, we are hosting another Virtual Interfaith Iftar on April 22nd, 2021.

The event will be an opportunity for attendees to learn more about fasting and other practices during Ramadan; hear from people in the NHS and armed forces talk about their experiences of working on the front line during Covid-19 and celebrate positive community stories.

We will be joined by General Duncan Capps, Lord Tariq Ahmad, Mark Eastwood MP, Muna Abdel Aziz, Dr Kiran Rahim and others!

We look forward to seeing you there.
