“Wallah She’s Funny”, is the latest comedy installment of the illMuslims & Penny Appeal USA’s illarious series. WSF features an all female lineup comprised of some of the funniest comics from across North America. These comics represent diversity in expression of faith, ethnicity, professional background, and identity. Join us for part 1 of an 8 city national tour in benefit of Penny Appeal USA
The tour highlights the spectrum of the Muslim women’s experience as they navigate their communities and American society at large. Our sheroes explore the themes of sexism/patriarchy, gender roles, and life as a Muslim Woman in 2019.
Wallah She’s Funny comedically celebrates contributions of incredible Muslim women in a family-friendly engagement that is timely, relevant, and just plain fun.
