  Dr. Seema Yasmin's one woman show\, she mines the chaos of ambition\, imm
 igration\, and the ghosts of ancestors—generations of repressed women—
 whose unfinished dreams she’s trying to complete before lunch\; all whil
 e searching for her ideal match: a Malibu Power Lesbian.\n\nDr. Seema Yasm
 in is an Emmy award-winning journalist\, former CNN reporter\, disease det
 ective\, author\, clown\, and comedian\, in a long-term\, ethically non-mo
 nogamous relationship with her careers.\n\nSyrian Cheese is a comedic solo
  show about exile from Syrian dictatorship\, sketchy situationships\, and 
 gender confusion. Part clown\, part stand-up\, part fever dream\, Syrian C
 heese is a surreal love letter to the ideals of the Syrian revolution: fre
 edom\, dignity\, and daddy issues. Farhan explores the struggle to assert 
 one’s own voice in life and love under the watchful\, exasperated eye of
  their ancient desert ancestor. Because your healing goes back seven gener
 ations–and so do your f*ck-ups! Full of heart and irreverence\, Farhan
 ’s performance takes audiences through the full spectrum of human experi
 ence–love\, loss\, and hunger for dairy.\n\nEdib Farhan is a Syrian stan
 dup\, clown\, and conflict mediator. Their solo show Syrian Cheese debuted
  at Edinburgh Fringe in 2025 and was selected by the National Queer Theate
 r for their Criminal Queerness Festival. In 2024\, their ensemble show\, P
 erversity\, Equity\, &amp\; Inclusion won “Best of SF Fringe Festival”
  and “Best Box Office” at San Francisco Fringe Festival.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
