DESCRIPTION:BOZEMAN\, MT\n\nFor your consideration are two fossilized Moroc
 can trilobites found in Morocco from the Permian Age (299-251 million year
 s ago). The Permian is a geologic period and stratigraphic system which sp
 ans 47 million years from the end of the Carboniferous Period 298.9 millio
 n years ago\, to the beginning of the Triassic Period\, 251.9 million year
 s ago. It is the last period of the Paleozoic Era. Both fossils have been 
 removed from the rocks they were found in\, with one showing more detail t
 han the other. The darker colored fossil shows great detail\, showing all 
 three lobes: a left pleural lobe\, a middle axial lobe\, and a right pleur
 al lobe. The lighter colored fossil shows less detail and is still covered
  in some stone. Ribbing from the trilobite can been seen on the edge. Both
  pieces show good condition overall. They measure 3 1/16" L x 1 5/8" W x 7
 /8" D to 1 1/8" D. They have a collective weight of 4 ounces.
