Brandon amd Anna are cooking up a Hui-Chinese inspired menu. A cuisine from the northern regions of China that has a surprisingly large Muslim-Chinese population. The population began from Arab traders coming through the silk road and settling – there are some really amazing spices, preparations, and similarities with other Central Asian cuisine that they are really excited to share with you.
