Throughout history, traders, travelers and invaders have influenced culinary style of North Africa resulting in a cuisine as diverse as the land and people. We’ll introduce you to the cooking of the region by focusing on Morocco, where abundant ingredients, a long-standing palace tradition and great wealth are reflected in the food. We’ll also demonstrate dishes of the surrounding area to complete the meal.

Cancellation Policy
All events are paid for at the time of registration. Changes to reservations may be made up to two weeks prior to the date of the event. Cancellations within this timeframe will result in a credit that may be applied to a different event. Cancellations with less than the required notice will result in forfeiture of the event fee. However, within the two week time frame, we will reach out to those on the wait list and open the registration online. If we are able to resell the spots, a credit will be applied to your account. Reservations are also transferable to your family or friends. Due to unforeseen circumstances, occasions may arise that require Conquering Cuisine to cancel or reschedule classes. Participants will be offered a store credit or full refund in these situations.
We have given a lot of consideration to our policy. We are a small business with limited seating. Our policy is designed to help keep the cost of classes as low as possible by reducing the number of empty seats
