Our sixty-sixth pathbreaker is Elyanna, born to a Palestinian Christian mother and Chilean father in Nazareth on January 22, 2002. John Mason, contributing writer, informs us that she is a singer and songwriter of alternative pop, Arab pop, Arab traditional music, and urban. Elyanna loves singing in Arabic—the style of music that keeps her grounded in her identity. She is unapologetically Palestinian, expressing her commitment through her art.
