In this workshop @Dr.ParthNaik will create a space for participants to build comfort while playing upside down. Dr. Naik will teach fundamental concepts, drills, games, and skills to start – or continue pushing – your hand-balancing practice. All levels are welcome, no experience is required, and all levels will be safely challenged. After the workshop we’ll hangout and enjoy some cookies together courtesy of FBY.
