Ginger and Milk Tea - Shai Zanjabeel ma Haleeb

cOther versions of this tea are made with evaporated milk and use cardamom instead of cloves; others use tea leaves and with only a small amount of ginger. 

Serves 4 to 6

4 cups milk

1 tablespoon ginger powder

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

2 tablespoons honey 

Place milk, ginger and cloves in a pot, then stirring constantly bring to boil.  Lower heat to medium-low then boil for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in honey, then serve piping hot.
