American Arab Chamber of Commerce Honors Edward Deeb, Chairman and CEO of the Michigan Food & Beverage Association
The American Arab Chamber of Commerce (AACC) is excited to announce that Edward Deeb will receive the 2008 Local Businessperson of the Year Award at our 16th Annual Building Economic Bridges Banquet. The event is just a few days away, on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at the Marriott Renaissance Center in Downtown Detroit.
Mr. Deeb is a native Detroiter who has been on the local business scene for decades. He is the president and CEO of the Michigan Food & Beverage Association, head of the Michigan Business Professional Association, and chairman emeritus of the Eastern Market Merchants Association.
“Mr. Deeb is a pillar in the business community,” says Chamber Executive Director Fay Beydoun. “His successhas been enduring, through his 45 years as an industry leader and executive. We are therefore excited to honor him.”
