Arabo Named COO of Associated Food and Petroleum Dealers
The Associated Food & Petroleum Dealers Inc. has named Auday Arabo to the newly created position of COO.
Arabo, 32, previously served as president and CEO of the San Diego-based Neighborhood Market Association, which represents independent retailers in the food and alcoholic beverage industries in California, Nevada, Arizona and other Western states.
Arabo earned a bachelor’s degree in political science at San Diego State University and a law degree from the California West School of Law.
The Farmington Hills-based Associated Food & Petroleum Dealers represents nearly 4,000 retailers, wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers in Michigan and Ohio.
