Association of Patriotic Arab Americans in Military to Participate in the Dearborn Memorial Day Parade

Representative Gino H. Polidori – The Arab American National Museum – and the U.S. Army, along with the Michigan Army National Guard, and the U.S. Marine Corps will partner with the Association of Patriotic Arab Americans in Military to participate in this year’s Memorial Day Parade.

Last year APAAM made U.S. History by being the first National Arab American Veterans Organization to march in a Memorial Day Parade.

Over 80 Patriotic Arab American APAAM members and family marched to recognize those who sacrificed their lives in defense of the U.S.

On Memorial Day, May 26th, 2008, The Arab American National Museum will hold the after Parade March Commemoration – to be hosted by State Representative Gino H. Polidori and Ron Amen, APAAM member/Vietnam Veteran, and Arab American National Museum Facility Director.

The U.S. Army will display – at the Arab American National Museum – its exciting and massive 60 Ft Tractor/Trailer – Self Contained Classroom – Features DVD Shows and Presentations that incorporate interactive exhibits – laser engagement systems, America’s Army game or Immersa Dome and ID Tag Machine.
