Detroit Metro Airport Seeks Potential Arab American Vendors at June 27th Event
In anticipation of the Fall 2018 expiration of the North Terminal Food & Beverage Concessions, the Detroit Metro Airport is having an outreach event to provide potential concessionaires with information on our processes, as well as allowing vendors to mix and mingle in hopes of creating relationships which could potentially lead to partnerships on Airport Authority contracts.
The Detroit Metro Airport–North Terminal is sponsoring a Food & Beverage Concessions Outreach & Networking Event on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM at the Ford Motor Company Conference & Event Center, 1151 Village Road–Room 203 Dearborn, MI 48124‐5033.
This is a great opportunity for businesses small and large to get information on how to become an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) and be able to take part in a concession project at the Detroit Metro Airport. Presentations will be made regarding the airport solicitation process, concessions opportunities, permitting process for build-outs and ACDBE certification.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) covering approximately 12 concession concepts will be issued in late Summer/early Fall 2017.
