Set against the stunning backdrop of our Los Angeles skyline in the Hollywood Ballroom, of City Club LA, this year’s World Refugee Day Awards will feature:

• A vibrant appetizer feasting table crafted by New Californian Marzia Reshtin, who resettled from Afghanistan
• A heartfelt home-style Syrian dinner prepared by New American chefs Maysaa and Abdul Kanjo
• Awards ceremony hosted by acclaimed author and historian Blair Imani

This year especially, the World Refugee Day Awards are more than an event—it’s a tribute to the transformative power of connection at a time when we need it the most. Over the past nine years, Miry’s List has welcomed more than 1,500 resettling families with open arms, and we’re going strong. Thanks to our hive of helpers.

General admission tickets are free and open to all. Reserved tables and sponsor packages are available for purchase to support Miry’s List programs and deepen your impact.

Since 2016, Miry’s List has supported the resettlement experience for over 1,300 refugee families made up of over 6,000 indiviudal people, half of whom are babies and children.
