ATFL
For over forty years, ATFL has strengthened the enduring partnership between the United States and Lebanon, advancing the shared values that bind our two nations. Today, that mission is more vital than ever.
As war once again visits our homeland, we do not just watch from a distance; we feel the weight of every headline. Like every Lebanese family, we are pinned to the news, our phones filled with messages to loved ones, our hearts heavy with the pain of our communities. But as a diaspora, we refuse to be silent witnesses. We are a vital part of Lebanon’s story of resilience, and we will not turn our backs.
Now more than ever, our collective voice must reflect the urgent desire for an end to this suffering. Join us in supporting ATFL’s vital work in promoting diplomacy and de-escalation to safeguard Lebanon’s security, stability, and sovereignty.

Renowned for her powerful soprano voice and refined artistic style, El Roumi has released more than a dozen studio albums and performed to sold-out audiences across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Her body of work blends classical Arabic composition with orchestral arrangements and poetic lyricism, producing timeless songs that have become cultural touchstones throughout the Arab world. Her music is widely recognized for its emotional depth and its themes of dignity, love, homeland, and hope.

In 2001, she was appointed Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), supporting international efforts to combat hunger, promote food security, and advance sustainable development.
