This month, Bake the Book Club travels to Lebanon.

Together, we’ll bake from The Lebanese Bakery—a collection that captures the rhythm of Lebanese kitchens, where baking is woven into daily life and celebration alike.
Expect a table rich with sesame, dates, nuts, orange blossom, and warm spice—from delicate ma’amoul and crisp barazek to sesame breads and syrup-soaked pastries. Sweet and savory sit side by side, just as they do across the Levant.
