About Outdoor Yoga

Release your week every Friday Evening in Prospect Park. Join us in nature to practice this slow movement of your body surrounded by trees, fresh air, and open space. Release your built-up tension, recharge your energy, calm your mind, and deepen your breath. Yoga and meditation are excellent tools for maintaining the calm of the mind while building mental, emotional, and physical strength and a strong spiritual connection.

TIME/DAY:

7pm – FRIDAYS

CLASS: 75 MINUTES.

MEETING LOCATION: Willow tree by Boathouse, Prospect Park (see photo below)

EXACT LOCATION: Nethermead, Prospect Park

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY AS CLASS WILL START AT THE PROMPTED HOUR.
