CLASS SCHEDULE
⭐️ 6pm: SharQui – The Bellydance Workout
SharQui – The Bellydance Workout is what happens when authentic bellydance meets high energy fitness. SharQui workouts don’t just get you sweating, they teach classic bellydance moves in flow. Everyone is welcome regardless of age, gender, appearance, and dance or fitness level.
⭐️ 7pm: Bellydance Performance Foundations
In this beginner-focused class, you’ll build the foundational skills for performing bellydance: technique, musicality, choreography memorization, prop work, improvisation, and stage presence/expression. No dance experience is required for this class! You’ll learn bellydance movement vocabulary from the very basics.
⭐️ 8pm: Bellydance Performance Foundations
In this class, we’ll continue building our skills for performing bellydance at the intermediate and advanced level. In addition to all topics covered in the foundations class, we’ll also develop our ability to dance in heels, have deeper emotional connection to the music and the audience, and how to perform in different settings.
