Everyone’s favourite supermodel, Gigi Hadid has opened up to her best friends about her life, dreams and aspirations. The model spoke to eight of her famous friends including Taylor Swift, Serena Williams and Blake Lively about fame, fear, and failure in the recent issue of Harper’s Bazaar US.

Some of the questions asked by her friends, gives us a personal look at her life and shares tidbits we definitely didn’t know. Like for example, did you know the supermodel spends a lot of time on her family farm?

Her best mate and fellow supermodel Kendall Jenner, asked, “What has living on your farm taught you?”

Hadid shared that her family’s farm in Pennsylvania helps her enjoy simple pleasures: “It’s allowed me to fill my days off with the little things that make me happy, like art, gardening, yoga, cooking, being outside, and spending time with my loved ones and animals without having to worry about things like what I’m wearing or how my hair looks, or being photographed or seen that day.”

She also spoke about her skydiving experience in Dubai and said:

“I skydived once, in Dubai. The actual jumping out of the plane is scarier than the falling. The view is the best part. I always told myself that if I did it again, I’d do it in a different place every time, because that perspective is one of a kind and unforgettable. It still terrifies me, which is why I want to do it again. It’s exhilarating, and I’m more of a sports-based risk-taker than anything else in life. I’d love to visit New Zealand or Iceland one day, so maybe I’ll do it in one of those places—if they allow skydiving.”

While there are no images of her skydiving, we can assume that she went sky-diving in Dubai on the same visit as her sister Bella in 2017.

However, a look at Hadid’s Instagram stories also tells us that she’s chosen to self isolate on her farm along with her mini ponies, horses, cattle, goats, chickens, sheep, and a donkey.
