posted on: Apr 17, 2012

The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is delighted to announce that Michael Moore will attend this year’s ADC National Convention. Moore will be featured at a special session entitled, Michael Moore: One on One. This event will occur Friday, June 22nd from 2:15pm to 4:00pm, at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.

Moore is an Academy-Award winning filmmaker and best-selling author. As one of America’s most famous activists, Moore has taken monumental steps in educating the American public and shedding light on topics of globalization, large corporations, assault weapon ownership, the Iraq War, the American health care system, and capitalism in his written and cinematic works. A testament to his success, Moore produced the film Fahrenheit 9/11, the highest-grossing documentary of all time which critically examined President Bush’s presidency, the War on Terror, and the related media coverage.

This event is free for convention registrants. <a href=”http://salsa3.salsalabs.com/dia/track.jsp?v=2&c=z6EcweJDFKlLuUgj5QTFtOuLYjyNTocN”>Read more about the ADC National Convention</a>
