ACCESS Announces Two Department Director Promotions

Najwa Hadous was named ACCESS Employment
& Training Director, after having served as Operations Manager since 2000.

Throughout her 14 year career at ACCESS, Mrs. Hadous has held awide range of responsibilities within the Employment and Training
Department, including supervising and managing day-to-day department functions, supervising staff, and monitoring program performance.

She is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and has a strong background in management and organizational development.

Anisa Sahoubah is now Director of Youth & Education, after recently having been named Operations Manager. Anisa has served ACCESS in
various capacities for 12 years.

Her key roles have included developing and implementing family literacy, supplemental education,
youth leadership and recreation programs, building coalitions with community agencies and key stakeholders, and leading efforts to secure funding for these programs. She earned her Bachelors degree in Secondary Education and teaching
certification from Wayne State University and her Masters in Performance Technology and Instructional
Design from the University of Michigan.
