ACCESS Elects New Executive Board of Directors
At the annual membership meeting Nov. 14, ACCESS members elected a new Executive Board and Board of Directors. Former Board of Directors member Hussein Berry is the new president of the Executive Board, and former treasurer Waded Abed is the new vice president.
Joining them are president ex officio Andrea Awada-Zeaiter, treasurer Yasser Al-Soofi, English secretary Edward Bagale, Arabic secretary Amal M. Berry-Brown, at-large member David Allen and at-large member Aoun Jaber. The new Board of Directors is Ramzi Chraim, Amal David, Rasha Demashkieh, Dennis Denno, Charlene Elder, Paul Good, Wassim Mahfouz, Hassan Makled, Mike Makki, Linda Mansour, Wafa Salah, Hussien Shousher and William Swor. Emeritus Board Members are Ali Baleed Almaklani, Barbara Aswad, George Khoury.
ACCESS extends thanks to former president Andrea Awada-Zeaiter, who has been a respected member of the Board for 15 years. She will serve in the new role of president ex officio. Her hard work on behalf of the organization is greatly appreciated.
