Actors Wanted for Upcoming 6th Annual New York Comedy Festival
The New York Arab American Comedy Festival is seeking actors/actresses of Arab descent for a variety of roles.
All candidates will be sent information on their time slot and how to view and print materials for the audition. Please submit by Tuesday March 10th.
Auditions will be held in the evenings of Monday March 16 and Tuesday March 17th in NYC.
Submission Guidelines:
If you are an actor/actress of Arab descent, please send your headshot, resume and a contact phone number to submissions@arabcomedy.org.
Please name all files (ie your headshot jpeg and your resume file) using your first and last names. Also please put your name in the subject line of the email.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS TUE MARCH 10th. Materials received after that date cannot be considered.
NOTE: Even if you have performed with us in the past you must send us your materials to signal your interest. If you have already submitted your materials for this year’s Festival there is no need to resubmit.
This production is considered a sketch/variety show and not under the auspices of Equity. There is no salary for performers and we are not able to provide travel or lodging fees for out of town actors.
