Draft Environmental Impact Statement Public Hearings

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA), as the Lead Federal Agency, and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), as the Joint-lead Agency and Project Sponsor, will be conducting four (4) public hearings. The purpose is to present a summary of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Port Authority Bus Terminal Replacement Project and collect public comments.
The 45-day public comment period is open from February 2, 2024, until March 18, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Click here to submit a written comment.

In-Person Session (Bus Terminal Replacement Center):
- February 20, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Virtual Sessions (Zoom):
- February 21, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- February 21, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- February 22, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
