As you know, Service and the spirit of community are values best taught when children are young.
Learning these values is best taught in a familiar environment where the children can engage with their friends and have fun while teaching them how to help their spiritual home the church to survive and grow.
I would like for all our parents to sign-up their kids, ages five and up to volunteer at our upcoming American Lebanese Festival.
The kids from age 4 to 15 will help mainly in our soda booth, Popcorn, Lemonade, and Ice cone Machine under the supervision of the teachers of the catechism classes, and Mrs. Mariette Massoud.
Please help your children learn the power and joy of volunteering at their spiritual home, the Church and, at the same time we are assisting our children to meet their service hours.
Please, take a moment on Sunday October 15 after Mass to sign up your children for a volunteer opportunity, or you may reply to this email with your kids’ names and ages and what day they are available.
