As part of its Diversity and Inclusion in the Law CLE Series, the Arab American Bar Association of Illinois is proud to present “The Exercise of Free Speech on Campus and in the Workplace” moderated by the Hon. William J. Haddad (Ret.) with panelists Professor David A. Goldberger, Professor Geoffrey Stone, and Professor Emerson Sykes. This is a timely CLE aimed at exploring concerns over the propriety of calls to investigate, disband, or penalize groups and persons for exercising their free speech rights in the current climate as it relates to the ongoing crisis in Palestine and Israel.
