Manakish – Assorted Traditional Lebanese Flatbread with toppings:

Zaatar – Thym (Vegan)

Shatta – Spicy Tomato (Vegan)

Kishk – Powdered Yogurt and Tomato Paste(Includes Dairy)

Tabbouleh – Lebanese Salad made of finely chopped parsley, with tomatoes, mint, onion, soaked uncooked bulgur and lemon oil dressing.

Hummus – A Lebanese dip turned global favorite made from chickpeas and tahini.

Vine leaves – Brined vine leaves stuffed with rice and vegetables and lemon sauce.
