What to expect:
DIY Herbal tea blend workshop with Dr. Baraah Attal, DACM. You will be making diffent blends that will help with digestion , anxiety and immune boosting.
Ear-seeds by Dr. Baraah which are crystal beads that press on acupressure points to help with anxiety, insomnia and so much more.
