Join us for an open mic night of poetry featuring our MC, Mohammed Arafat, a local DC poet from Gaza. Our Echoes of Liberation: Falastini Poetry Open Mic invites anyone from the public to sign up and share their poetry related to Palestine. Attendees are also welcome to recite others’ Palestinian poems such as the works of Refaat Alareer, Fadwa Tuqan, Mahmoud Darwish, and other renowned poets. Both poets and audience spectators are welcome! If you are reciting a poem, please sign up in the link below.
