Love for Lebanon

Children and families in Lebanon are facing urgent humanitarian needs as continued hostilities, displacement, and damage to essential infrastructure disrupt access to safety, health care, education, clean water, sanitation, and protection services. Since the escalation of the conflict, more than 1.1 million people have been displaced, including an estimated 390,000 children. UNICEF’s response is focused on reaching displaced children and families in shelters, host communities, and hard-to-reach or conflict-affected areas with urgent, integrated support.

UNICEF is working with the Government of Lebanon and local partners to deliver lifesaving and life-sustaining assistance, including safe water and sanitation, health and nutrition services, psychosocial support, child protection, education, emergency supplies, and support for families who have been displaced. UNICEF is also helping maintain critical systems, from water pumping stations to primary health care services, so children and families can continue accessing essential support during the crisis.

Funds raised through Love for Lebanon will support UNICEF’s emergency response for children and families affected by the crisis in Lebanon. Flexible support is especially important because it allows UNICEF to respond quickly as needs evolve and direct resources where they are needed most.

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of Lebanese culture, music, and community in support of those displaced by the ongoing war in Lebanon. The night will feature live music, comedy by Zaid Fouzi, bites by Suda’s restaurant, live painting, and local vendors celebrating the richness of Lebanese heritage all while raising funds for an amazing cause.
