We understand that a scheduled cooking class caused distress for some in the Tulsa community. Raindrop Foundation Tulsa is a non-political organization, and we assure everyone that our cooking program also is non-political.

We value the diversity of cultures and beliefs in our community. This event is part of a cooking class series intended to build bridges among communities of diverse cultural backgrounds. Previous cooking classes in this series explored rich and delicious Italian, Turkish, French, Iraqi, Moroccan, Guatemalan, Indonesian, Mexican, Honduras and Afghani cuisines. We plan to continue the series by exploring Palestinian, Philippines, Egyptian, Indian, and many other cuisines.

Our organization is committed to bringing people from all walks of life together in a spirit of mutual understanding, respect, and cooperation. We hope to share our recipe heritage and help improve access to the culinary traditions of all countries across the globe.

Due to unexpected circumstance, the Middle Eastern Cooking Class has been postponed to Saturday, May 6. Please mark your calendar to join us. Thanks for your understanding.
