Whether you’re new to Moroccan cuisine or looking to expand your flavor horizons, this class is packed with inspiration, technique, and of course—delicious food. Come hungry and curious!
On the Menu:
Lamb & Vegetable on Socca – Shawnie’s award-winning savory, slow-simmered tagine served over crispy chickpea crêpes, blending North African soul with Mediterranean flair.
Spiced Roasted Cauliflower with Preserved Lemon & Olives – Tender roasted cauliflower tossed in a warm blend of spices, preserved lemon, and briny green olives comes together in a zesty, savory side dish, highlighting fresh textures and spice-forward notes.
Honey, Date & Almond B’stilla Bites – A sweet-savory nod to the classic Moroccan pastry, reimagined into elegant, bite-sized treats perfect for sharing.
