This special event is crafted by Ziad Adamo, chef of the beloved Pittsburgh institution Ali Baba. A long-standing standard for Syrian cuisine in the city, Ali Baba has recently undergone a transformation under Ziad’s guidance—bringing a fresh, modern perspective to traditional dishes while honoring their deep roots.
