FEATURING:
AHMED AHMED – as seen on: Comedy Central, Show-time, Netflix
Egyptian-American actor, comedian, producer, and director Ahmed Ahmed is one of the most diverse, multi-faceted talents in the entertainment industry today.
He is a co-founder of the groundbreaking Axis of Evil Comedy Tour, which aired on Comedy Central and later went on to make history taking that tour all around the Middle East. Ahmed has two Showtime comedy specials. He can be seen starring on TBS’ hit comedy series Sullivan & Son and has appeared on The Tonight Show, Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Show, Weeds, Swingers, You Don’t Mess with the Zohan, and Iron Man.
EMAN MORGAN – as seen on: Show-time & Netflix
Eman Morgan is an Egyptian American stand-up comedian born & raised
in Los Angeles and is now based in New York City.
He’s featured in a Showtime Special “Bridging the Gap”
and the feature film “Just Like Us” currently streaming on Netflix.
In addition to performing stand up in English, he’s also performed
stand up in Arabic in the middle east including Qatar, Jordan,
Bahrain and Dubai. He’s made appearances in notable
FunnyOrDie sketches, including SacksWest, How to be a
terrorist in Hollywood and Egypt’s Facebook Revolution.
Currently he performs nightly at local New York comedy clubs,
charities, colleges, private events and overseas.
MOHANAD ELSHIEKY – as seen on: Comedy Central, Conan, Epix
Mohanad Elshieky is a New York based comedian who made his national TV debut on Conan, has been featured on Comedy Central, and has toured with Pop Up Magazine.
In 2018, he appeared in an episode of Epix’s “Unprotected Sets” and was listed as one of Thrillist’s 50 Best Undiscovered Comics.
Mohanad, who most recently worked as a digital producer on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, has a special skill for making you laugh at the seemingly unlaughable. The Libyan-born comedian combines a deceptively laid-back demeanor with his whip-smart perspective on politics and culture. The Portland Mercury called him “an undisputed genius of comedy,” and he’s been featured on podcasts such as Lovett or Leave It, Pod Save The People and Harmontown. Elshieky zeroes in on topics that seem off limits – then surprises you with how hard you’re laughing.
LIVE PERFORMANCE BY: FELUKAH!
Named as the “Queen of Arab Hip-Hop”
One of the leading lights in Arab hip-hop, Felukah has really made the jump since dropping her debut EP “Yansoon” in 2018, making a name for herself between her home in New York and the Middle East. Earlier this year, the Lebanese-American music writer Danny Hajjar marked her as one to watch in 2023 for Esquire Middle East:
“All of the work Felukah puts into her music paid off big time with the huge year she had in 2022. The New York-based Egyptian artist was part of the Coca-Cola World Cup, and followed that up with the release her latest album, “The Love Serum”. Felukah is poised for a massive year in 2023 and continuing her creative reign as the neo-soul artist bringing the Nile to New York.”
