This Event is Strictly For 21 & Over. Proper Physical ID Will Be Required To enter.

PLEASE BRING A VALID PHYSICAL ID : State issued ID/Driver License or Passport. NO other forms of identification will be accepted! Photocopies or pictures of your IDs on your phone will NOT be accepted. Physical ID required!

All the picture and videos from the event will be used for marketing and promotion purposes.

We reserve the right to upload all the content on all social media platforms without approval from any attendee.

All Sales Final: No refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or transfers. All purchases are final.

COVID-19 Policy: Tickets remain non-refundable if you or your party contract COVID-19 or a similar illness. You agree not to attend if you have symptoms, tested positive, or were recently exposed and have not completed CDC-recommended quarantine.

Agreement: By purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms, forming a binding contract with the event promoter.

Event Cancellations: If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued for the ticket’s face value only.

Liability Waiver: By attending, you waive all claims against the promoter for injury, property damage, or negligence.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter and its affiliates against any claims or legal action arising from your participation.

Arbitration: Any legal disputes will be resolved via arbitration in NYC

Severability: If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
