Impacted by NSEERS? Call ADC.
Despite news earlier this year, from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), indicating that the National Security Entry Exit Registration System (NSEERS) targeting nationals from Arab and Muslim-majority countries has been suspended, ADC continues to receive cases pertaining to individuals adversely impacted by NSEERS.
In an effort to adequately address the issues of those individuals currently in removal proceedings because of an NSEERS violation, ADC calls on individuals who are impacted to contact the ADC Legal Department. ADC will work with the individuals, as well as the appropriate government agencies, in an effort to rectify the matter.
