Rep. Tlaib’s Remarks on ‘Apartheid’ Israel Misinterpreted as Anti-Semitic

Congresswoman and Palestinian American Rashida Tlaib recently made comments on “Apartheid Israel.” Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) slammed Tlaib. However, she overlooked the fact that the Israeli state also oppressively occupies Palestinians. Tlaib’s view on a solution is one-state. Most Democratic reps want a two-state solution.
