OTHER is a collective of Arab artists living and working around Detroit. We seek to create a supportive organization that provides a safe and accessible space, a collaborative environment, and an opportunity for growth for aspiring artists of Arab heritage who share in our vision. Our mission is to construct a vibrant, community-engaged, multi-faceted arts and media organization that promotes self-representation by inspiring: artists, movement, social evolution, and youthful creativity towards unity and progress among people of Arab heritage, as well as understanding among people in general.
